Crystal Blades, Founder and Executive Director

Crystal Blades was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and grew up in Southern California. Currently residing in Washington State, she is a dedicated mother to four biological children (two girls and two boys) and two bonus daughters, with whom she shares a loving marriage of 16 years.

Having earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Chaminade University in Honolulu, she is now pursuing a master’s degree in applied behavioral analysis at the University of Washington. For the past seven years, she has been passionately working as a behavioral therapist, helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

One of Crystal’s many accomplishments includes overcoming a drug addiction in 2007. This experience inspired her to start a non-profit organization aimed at assisting women who, like her, were struggling to rebuild their lives while caring for their children.

Her core values revolve around the belief that everyone deserves a chance for redemption and growth. She firmly believes that mistakes or past decisions do not define a person and that with determination and support, anyone can turn their life around and fulfill their true potential.
